Liane Penney, MPH (Auckland University)
Liane is of Ngapuhi
(Ngare Hauata, Ngati Hine, Ngati Rangi) descent. She has worked in a
variety of health management roles for both funders and service providers
including Te Tai Tokerau MAPOand the Maori Health Group of the Health
Funding Authority. Before joining SHORE Liane was a senior advisor for
the Meningococcal Vaccine Strategy Team of the Ministry of Health’s
Public Health Directorate. She has also undertaken or participated in
health service evaluations particularly for Maori Health providers.
She is currently working on the Caregivers project at SHORE.
